保留知識型工作者

除了生產業績之外,僱用和保留住好的職務員是管理者的另一個關鍵任務。 根據我自己的管理者經驗,我有以下三個想法。 首先,知識型員工想知道自己組織想要達到的目標以及想完成的任務。他們會調整自己的輸出去配和所需要的努力。 第二,知識型員工很看重個人責任感與成就感。管理者必須將人才擺放在最有效的位置,讓他們大幅度的提高生產力。 最後,知識型員工期待有不斷的教育和技能的發展機會。他們想磨練自己的手藝,總是想把自己處置於最好的位置,以取得積極與最好的成果。 要想有效的保留住頂尖人才,管理者有責任在那三方面上給員工提供機會。 當然對很多人,薪水仍然是一個很重要的考慮,但是賄賂通常很快就會失去了吸引力。知識型工作者知道他們有選擇可以隨時離開。他們對自己的能力有自信和充滿流動性,由其是那些人之翹楚。
